Directors and Auditors for Fiscal 2021
This fiscal year is a period of election for all officers, and at the 2021 Ordinary General Meeting (held on May 14), the proposal for a total of 11 officers was approved, including seven directors with multiple appointments, two newly appointed directors with a total of nine, and two auditors with multiple appointments. In addition, a proposal for one additional newly-appointed director was made at the meeting, which was approved by written vote afterwards. In addition, one of the reappointed directors resigned after the general meeting, so the total number of officers is the same as that proposed at the general meeting.
The second meeting of the Board of Directors was held on June 1, and Mr. Yojiro Tomino, Chairman of Helios Corporation, was elected and appointed as the new President. And Mr. Abe, an individual member, was re-elected as the Vice President.
